Overview
CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology, Clifton Springs, New York. This travel assignment begins October 5, 2026 for Weeks with no guaranteed hours. The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,536.00 to $2,714.00 and follows a 4x9-day shift pattern with a weekend-focused schedule (Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Monday 7:00 AM–9:00 PM) in a hospital-based CT department.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures with or without IV contrast following physician orders, ensuring patient safety and accuracy of imaging.
- Position patients, select appropriate scan protocols, and operate the CT scanner (including 3D Rendering, MPR, volume rendering) to obtain high-quality images.
- Administer and manage IV contrast as trained, monitor for adverse reactions, and coordinate with radiologists for vascular CT angiography and trauma imaging as needed.
- Review images for technical quality, adjust parameters, and communicate results or needs for additional images to the radiologist.
- Utilize PACS for image storage and retrieval; document procedures accurately in the EPIC charting system.
- Maintain radiation safety and ALARA principles, prepare accurate patient instructions, and provide patient support across all age groups (infants to geriatrics).

Requirements
- Active New York Radiologic Technologist license with CT credential (ARRT CT); BLS required.
- Minimum 1 year CT experience; travel experience accepted.
- Proficiency with PACS; EPIC charting experience required.
- Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), and volume rendering; IV certification and contrast administration experience.
- Ability to work a weekend-focused block schedule (Sat/Sun/Mon) in a hospital CT department and to float per facility policy.
- Strong patient communication skills and attention to safety, image quality, and workflow efficiency.
