About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Creative Technology for the Americas region. This senior-level role is pivotal in the Global Creative Technology team, serving as the primary contact for the development of innovative, technology-driven creative solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the creative process, providing expertise in the latest AI and innovation technologies, and fostering strong relationships both internally and with external partners. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technology tools, supporting agency partners in triaging creative opportunities, and acting as a technical partner in delivering customer technology and transformation projects. The role also involves maintaining documentation, staying abreast of technological advancements, and building relationships with innovation and product management peers. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in creative technology or a related field, a Bachelor's degree, and a background in advertising, marketing, or digital agency environments. A deep understanding of what inspires and drives creative teams, as well as experience with generative AI tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset balanced with technical skills, be familiar with design tools and 3D game engines, and have experience with cloud computing platforms. The role requires the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and a proven track record in building and sharing strategic product roadmaps.
