Job Summary We are looking for detail-oriented Machine Operators / Sewers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality products. Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines. Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output. Perform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions. Identify and correct garment or stitching defects during the production process. Required Skills & Abilities Visual Precision: Ability to identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers. Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles and manipulate small objects. Technical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls. Physical Coordination: Use of hands and arms to grasp, manipulate, or assemble components accurately. Job Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fast-paced environment. Standards: A commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail. Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
