NOW HIRING: Industrial Logistics Coordinator

We're hiring an Industrial Logistics Coordinator ready to jump in and make an immediate impact. This fast-paced role focuses on coordinating shipments and keeping materials moving efficiently between suppliers, shops, and job sites from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule daily truck transport by verifying weights and dimensions, obtaining quotes, selecting carriers, and issuing shipping orders
Visit fabrication shops and yard areas to oversee rigging, lifting, loading, and securement of equipment
Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare and maintain master shipping lists summarizing load details for customer coordination
Request and review freight cost estimates to support sales and project bidding
Manage international shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders and documentation preparation
Photograph and document inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and records
File and follow up on freight damage claims
Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, transport crews, and customer representatives

Qualifications:

Experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation coordination preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes is a plus
Willingness to work in both office and outdoor/shop environments

Work Environment:
This position involves a mix of office work and on-site coordination in fabrication shops and outdoor yards.
