Are you a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist dedicated to helping patients regain their mobility, strength, and independence? We're looking for a committed PT to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team in Great Neck, New York, where your expertise will play a vital role in restoring function and enhancing quality of life for patients across all stages of recovery.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and develop tailored rehabilitation plans that address specific needs across a broad range of conditions.

• Implement therapeutic strategies including exercise programs, manual therapy, and equipment-based interventions to promote strength, mobility, and functional independence.

• Track patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve recovery goals and ensure safe, timely discharges.

• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care in a hospital setting.

• Train patients and caregivers on home exercise regimens, mobility strategies, and preventative measures to support continued progress beyond discharge.

• Advocate for early mobilization, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies for every patient.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York State
• Specialty certifications (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neuro) are an asset

• Hospital or acute rehab experience preferred
• Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
