After Market Sales Representative
Aksa Power Generation USA LLC
Responsible for driving aftermarket revenue growth by selling spare parts, preventive maintenance contracts, emergency repair services, and system upgrades for installed emergency standby generators. Focuses on maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing equipment lifecycle value. Responsibilities Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory. Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term service agreements. Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and retrofits. Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service contracts. Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals. Coordinate with service engineers for technical site assessments. Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts. Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables.
