Imagine guiding students through live troubleshooting in a fully equipped lab, then connecting those hands-on wins to the theory that powers the trade. If you love the craft and care about people, this is where your impact multiplies—on a 4-day work week that gives you a three-day weekend, every week.
Your Mission- Deliver accredited HVAC instruction that blends theory with real shop scenarios.
- Lead practical labs using industry-standard equipment in a well-equipped facility.
- Design an inclusive, engaging learning space that fuels student growth.
- Evaluate student performance and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
- Create lesson plans aligned with current industry benchmarks.
- Keep pace with changing HVAC technologies and best practices.
- Partner with faculty to improve curriculum and overall program effectiveness.
- Coach students toward certification exams and rewarding HVAC careers.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
- S1 or S2 license—or eligibility and drive to obtain an S license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to energize, engage, and motivate learners.
- True enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship.
