Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess patients to identify improvements and detect complications
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as required
• Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• Valid RN license in Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
