Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic services aimed at improving clients' mental health. Key tasks include:

- Providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n
- Developing personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create coordinated client care approaches. \n
- Delivering psychoeducation classes and leading support groups to enhance therapeutic engagement and client understanding of mental health. \n
- Documenting client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely and accurate records. \n
- Providing crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. \n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Soul Collective Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
