Global AI Adoption & Transformation Lead (m/w/d)

Leitung und Koordination von globalen KI-Initiativen - von der Ideenfindung über den Rollout bis zur Skalierung Verantwortung für KI-Ise-Cases und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung im Business Steuerung und Strukturierung von KI-Projekten, Stakeholdern und Prioritäten über Funktionen hinweg Aktives Vorantreiben der KI-Adoption Mitarbeit bei ausgewählten KI-Implementierungen (z.B. AI Agents, Copilots) im Microsoft-, SAP- und Azure-Umfeld Prototypen und Umsetzen von kleineren Lösungen, um unmittelbaren Mehrwert zu schaffen Übersetzung von Anforderungen in konkrete, umsetzbare Lösungen Kontinuierliche Etablierung und Entwicklung von Frameworks, Governance-Strukturen und Best Practices für KI-Initiativen Proaktive Identifikation neuer Potenziale Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Nachweisbare Erfahrung in KI- oder digitalen Transformationsinitiativen Fundierter Hintergrund in Projektmanagement, Koordination und Stakeholder-Management Hands-on-Erfahrung in der KI-Implementierung, idealerweise in den Bereichen AI Agents / Copilots, Azure AI Services und Microsoft-Ökosystem (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI) Erfahrung im Change-Management sowie in der Einführung neuer TechnologienKenntnisse in SAP Joule von Vorteil Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Fähigkeit und Mindset, pragmatisch auf kleinere Lösungen eigenständig umzusetzen Fähigkeit, strukturierte Projektarbeit mit operativer, hands-on Umsetzung zu verbinden Zukunftssichere Arbeit Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung, Möglichkeit des mobilen Arbeitens Flache Hierarchien mit Raum für Ideen und Mitgestaltung Attraktive Rahmenbedingungen nach IG Metall, z.B. 30 Tage Urlaubsanspruch Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Corporate Benefits und weitere Vergünstigungen für unsere Mitarbeiter #J-18808-Ljbffr SAF-HOLLAND Group
