Pay Rate: $20-21/HR 
Hours: 7:30-4:30pm (1hr lunch) | M-F
Location: 201 Hansen Court, Wood Dale IL 
Assignment Duration: 1 month +

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative and operational support for a small office environment.
Coordinate and assist with catering requests and meeting preparations.
Sign in and manage deliveries, packages, and mail.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies as needed.
Support the onsite team with various administrative tasks and requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Years of experience: at least 1 year of experience
Education: at least HS/GED and experience
Interview Process: 1 virtual/phone call
