Hospitalist - Northwest Medical Center Houghton (Tucson, AZ)

Northwest Medical Center Houghton is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join its Hospital Medicine team in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible employment options (W-2, 1099, full-time, part-time, or PRN) within a collaborative, physician-led inpatient environment supported by strong clinical teams and residency programs. At Northwest Medical Center Houghton, you’ll be part of Community Health Systems, a national network of regional hospitals with a shared mission to deliver high-quality care where it’s needed most — close to home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients
• Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in our Transitional Year Residency Program and fully accredited Internal Medicine Program
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts and 24-hour Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
  Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine 
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform procedures
• Able to work in an open ICU
