Graphic/Web Designer

iNET-Web is hiring a Senior Graphic/Web Designer for an in-office role in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this position, you will help shape on-brand creative across web and marketing touchpoints while partnering with clients and internal teams to support project goals. This is a senior-level design seat inside a full-service marketing agency environment that includes close collaboration across creative, marketing, and technical roles. The focus of the team is building profit generating websites while supporting ongoing mission-driven growth. What you will do Create on-brand visuals for websites, email, videos, social media, apparel, print , and other marketing channels Update, adjust, and refresh graphics to align with project goals and client vision Own and manage deadlines from concept through delivery Coordinate with clients and stakeholders including SEO, copy, development, and sales to keep projects on track Maintain brand consistency across design work and deliverables What you bring Experience, or samples, showing your ability with graphics and layouts for print and design media Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop and Illustrator Basic familiarity with social media platforms A strong understanding of design principles , typography , and color theory , paired with strong creative instincts Extreme attention to detail across production work Strong communication skills, with a team-player mindset and a positive attitude Technologies you will use Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Added-value skills (not required) Ability to read/write HTML, CSS, JavaScript Working knowledge of tools such as Zoho Projects, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Sensei , or similar AI software Working knowledge of SEO best practices related to web design and development Ability to navigate and update third-party content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, MailChimp, or WIX Compensation and location Pay is based on qualifications.
