Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities Support Engineering Team projects, training initiatives, and special assignments, including projects related to the expansion of robotic palletizing equipment. Assist Engineering managers with daily coordination, follow-up, and communication related to Engineering and Production operations. Serve as a communication liaison between management and Production/Engineering employees by sharing updates, gathering concerns, and supporting issue resolution. Check production lines and Engineering mechanics daily and report equipment, workflow, or operational issues as needed. Support Production operations by communicating with production operators and assisting with daily line-related follow-up. Coordinate and support office meetings, operation trainings, department events, and other internal communication activities.
