Senior Family Law Attorney (Remote – San Jose Area) Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr About the Role: A respected boutique firm focused on Family Law and Civil Litigation is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney . This is a remote role, with occasional in-person appearances required at Bay Area courts (primarily Santa Clara County). We’re looking for a confident, self-directed attorney with strong litigation skills and a deep understanding of complex family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys meaningful, client-focused work. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a diverse Family Law caseload Represent clients at hearings and trials Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff Contribute to strategy, reporting, and forecasting Maintain deadlines and case progress Assist with light administrative and billing tasks as needed What You Bring 5+ years of Family Law experience Prior work with high-net-worth clients CFLS certification strongly preferred Santa Clara County court experience is a plus Strong litigation, drafting, and communication skills Highly organized and self-motivated Fully remote (with court travel as needed) Supportive, respectful team culture 401(k) + match Paid time off + birthdays off Quarterly half-days WFH & Wellness stipends Flexible schedule (30-hour billable target/week) Schedule: Interested?
