About the role This role is responsible for working on the production line whilepacking or assisting with the quality control of Timeless products. Wewill rely on you to work with the production team to ensure products areproduced and accounted for in accordance with company policy and stateregulations. Our ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, reliable, andstrives to maintain the highest standards of quality for all of ourproducts. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all production manufacturing processes are followedaccording to prescribed SOP's while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations Preparematerial for production, processing, and assembling cannabis andmaterials to form pre-rolls, weighing it on a certified scale to theexact weight and placing the product in appropriate bins/bags/storage Maintainsthe highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processingarea and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace atthe end of every day. Assists the Production team with daily activities of assigned shifts and helps with tasks as delegated by the Lead or Manager Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations. Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work. Necessary Skills: Works successfully in a team setting Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. 2 - 4 Years – Experience in the production field or similar manufacturing environment 2 - 4 Years – Experience in Position Required Qualifications: The Packager position requires an H.S.
