Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager. Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc. 6 months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required. Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.
