Job Overview As a Product Technology Senior Associate, you’ll focus on evaluating software platforms through an integrated commercial, operational, and financial lens. The team provides investment‑grade insights that tie product architecture and roadmap credibility directly to valuation, growth, and margin sustainability. You will provide analytical and technical support across product technology diligence engagements, focusing on architecture, engineering, and cost analysis. Responsibilities Conduct architecture reviews and documentation analysis. Support codebase and technical debt analysis. Analyze cloud infrastructure configurations. Assist in evaluating roadmap feasibility. Support hosting cost and R&D cost analysis. Prepare diligence slides and summaries. Support management Q&A tracking. Qualifications 3–6 years in software engineering, cloud engineering, architecture analysis, or product development environments. Experience in SaaS or platform businesses preferred. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Structured problem‑solving ability. Attention to detail. High learning agility. Interest in private equity and transaction environments. Travel & Work Model Ability to travel up to 50%. Hybrid work model: at least three days per week of in‑person attendance at a GT office or client site.
