Required Qualifications\n\nActive RN, BSN, NP, PA, or LVN license (where applicable)\n2+ years of aesthetic injection experience\nExperience performing Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and/or dermal filler treatments\nStrong knowledge of facial anatomy, symmetry, and facial balancing\nAbility to independently conduct consultations and create treatment plans\nExperience educating patients on treatment options and skincare regimens\nProven ability to upsell services, products, and long-term treatment plans\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nAbility to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced med spa environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience treating temples, jawline, cheeks, chin, lips, under-eyes, and full facial balancing cases\nDermatology or plastic surgery experience\nWellness clinic experience\nLab draw experience\nExperience training or mentoring junior injectors\nExisting patient following or book of business\nStrong before-and-after portfolio\nExperience with RF microneedling, laser treatments, and other aesthetic technologies

Job Description

Base + Commission \nTotal pay: ~$60k-$90k+ based on performance\nWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Injector to join a well-established medical spa that has served the community for over 17 years. This individual will play a key role in providing aesthetic consultations, injectable treatments, patient education, and revenue growth while operating with a high degree of autonomy.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical injection skills with a consultative sales mindset and a passion for helping patients achieve aesthetic goals through customized treatment plans.
