Job Title Pediatric Occupational Therapist Location Wodbridge, VA (Virginia) Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. You will provide individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life. Responsibilities Provide individualized and evidence‑based occupational therapy services to patients ranging from birth to age 21. Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental goals. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team—including physical therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services—to coordinate comprehensive care. Invite parents and caregivers to attend sessions and teach home‑based exercises and skills. Participate in mentorship, peer‑to‑peer learning, and professional development activities. Maintain clinical documentation, progress notes, and follow‑up goals according to state regulations. Adhere to Ivy’s policies on patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
