Junior Finance & Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities Support core FP&A workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking Build financial models and decision-making frameworks to support engineering, GTM, and product Partner cross-functionally with leaders to guide resource allocation (e.g., headcount planning, vendor spend, infrastructure investments) Work with engineering to structure and surface expenses for review and optimization Drive ad hoc analyses on growth, pricing, unit economics, and strategic initiatives Contribute to board materials, investor reporting, and long-term planning Support day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, billing, taxes, and collections tracking Help implement and improve finance systems, reporting tools, and internal dashboards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency required) Bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong ownership mindset; proactively identifying problems and driving solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
