In this important role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to schedule appointments and introduce them to our energy-efficient window solutions. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients with a warm and engaging approach. Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability. Provide basic information about our products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Work closely with our team to achieve appointment-setting goals. Your role plays a vital part in helping customers make their homes more energy-efficient and comfortable! What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with diverse customers. Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is a plus. Organized and detail-oriented to manage schedules and follow-ups effectively. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
