Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to acutely ill adult medical and surgical patients.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing emergent and elective surgeries.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse assistants, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
