Call Center Representative

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join the team. The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.

Essential functions include:

• Answering incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Directing/transferring calls to the appropriate department.
• Triaging incoming phone calls.
• Responding to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
• Resolving patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
• Processing patient payments and collecting co-payments.
• Adhering to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
