Production Worker

Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated and skilled production workers to join our manufacturing facility. You will be evaluated for best fit among various roles such as loading/unloading, spot welding, powder coat line, e-coat line, die operation, brake press operation, machine operation, and more. Each role demands a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate spot weld machines.
Perform line setup, part scanning, and packaging for e-coat operations.
Operate welding robots and manage line setups for powder coat operations.
Load and unload lasers using overhead cranes and transport parts using carts.
Perform quality checks and operate rotary machines.
Retrieve and set tooling for brake press and die operations.
Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and remain on feet throughout the shift.
Overtime work may be required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Defiance, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
