Tier 0 Knowledge Center Analyst — AI Content (Hybrid)

Empower AI in Reston, VA hybrid, Quantico base seeks a Knowledge Center Tier 0 / Knowledge Analyst to build and tune public knowledge and the AI chatbot content enabling DoW users to self-serve. You’ll analyze ticket and chat logs, design guides, FAQs, and measure external deflection. This role requires US citizenship, Active Secret clearance, 3+ years in knowledge management or technical writing, and experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
