In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking cruise vacations while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations tailored to their needs and budgets.
Provide detailed information about destinations, cruise lines, itineraries, and amenities.
Manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary changes with accuracy.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Stay updated on cruise promotions, packages, and industry trends.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Knowledge of reservation systems or willingness to learn.
