Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience: not open to new graduates. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care required. Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR preferred. Proven ability to meet productivity expectations: for PT candidates, ability to achieve at least 85% productivity; for PTA candidates, ability to achieve at least 90% productivity. Willingness to build caseload across two facilities with anticipated weekly hours targeting approximately 28–30 hours at one facility and 8–10 hours at the other. Open to candidates credentialed as PT or PTA depending on role applied for. Benefits: Health insurance through BlueCross BlueShield (plan details vary by facility). Relocation assistance available.
