Position highlights

High functioning team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP treat patients from birth to age 90+.
Work-life balance ? protected admin time, 4.5-day work week, low volume call.
On-site Convenient Care clinic provides after-hours and weekend services for patients.
A provider-led, financially stable group of hospital-employed providers.
Low volume call ? phone only.
Integrated Epic EMR.

Financial Package

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package ( minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee ).
10% quality bonus, potential for productivity incentive
Enriched sign-on bonus
501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program(PSLF)
3 retirement savings plans ? 401a, 403b with match, 457b
Relocation stipend
CME allowance, reimbursement for NC license, and DEA
