Regional Director of Operations About the job The Regional Director – Fort Lauderdale up to West Palm is accountable for leading the market as a fully owned business unit, with full responsibility for operational excellence, leadership development, and sustained financial performance across all cafés in the region. This role not only executes the model but strengthens and scales it, translating company strategy into disciplined, repeatable systems that elevate performance across People, Product, Environment, Great Service, and Cost (PPC). The RVP is a visible, field-connected leader who builds teams, raises standards, and ensures every café consistently delivers a great experience, including both front‑of‑house hospitality and savory/café culinary execution. This role partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to support growth, new café openings (NCOs), and continuous improvement.
