Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Inpatient Rehab in Albuquerque, NM. This travel temporary assignment starts 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,555–$1,643 and guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is 08:00–16:30 in a skilled nursing facility setting focused on inpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services under supervision to adult inpatients requiring rehabilitation services.
- Support OT in evaluation, treatment planning, and participation in multidisciplinary care planning.
- Implement treatment plans, progress patient interventions, and document outcomes to support functional gains.
- Assist with mobility, gait training, ADL training, transfers, and the use of assistive devices; monitor safety and proper technique.
- Document care and progress in the chart and communicate changes to the rehab team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, nursing, social work) to coordinate care and support discharge planning.

Requirements
- Ability to work in an inpatient rehab setting within a skilled nursing facility environment.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift (08:00–16:30) with 35 guaranteed hours per week.
- Ability to follow facility policies, documentation standards, and safety guidelines.
