Responsibilities Scheduling return service units File transportation sheets and related paperwork for return units Maintain communication between Forest River and deal/customer on return units Coordinate appointments, product purchase, and invoices with the service department Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV industry Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to dealer network Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
