Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm Pay: $25+ per hour (based on experience) Location: 4336 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548 (daycare setting - but must be willing to work in-home, in school or clinic if needed) Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Hoschton, Georgia. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs. Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions. Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary. Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings. Qualifications Active RBT certification (required). Current BLS/CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
