Compensation:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,630+ Solo Miles Pay: 60 CPM with 2000+ miles per week

Solo Stops Pay: $26.00 per stop with 15+ stops per week

Per Diem Pay: $40.00 per night with 1 - 2 nights per week Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel

Bonuses Loyalty Bonus: $5,000 - Pays you $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 12 months

Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Mostly Monday – Friday or Tuesday - Saturday

Out 1-2 nights per week Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel

Start time: 2-6am

Route: IL, WI, IA, OH, MI, IN, KS, NE, MN, ND, SD & KY

Touch – Hardware Supplies

Equipment:

Trucks are 36 months or newer

Dry Van 31 40 45 48 & 53

Manual & Electric Pallet Jack

24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

Must have a valid CDL A License

Minimum 21 years of age

Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Must obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire

Pass a Ryder Drug Test

Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Must live within 50 miles of Harvard, IL
