As a Physical Therapist with Integrity Rehab, you’ll provide hands‑on outpatient physical therapy services following physician referrals and individualized Plans of Care. Your focus will be on actively engaging patients in their recovery, guiding them through a thoughtful progression of care that promotes confidence, independence, and long‑term success in the least restrictive environment possible. You’ll be responsible for delivering rehabilitation services that are safe, effective, and consistently high quality while maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with the care team.
