Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Utilize your retail knowledge and leadership skills to manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best‑in‑class services, entertainment, and technology. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store daily operations in partnership with the Store Manager. Drive sales and meet or exceed sales objectives, including merchandising and product launches. Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives that extend beyond store walls. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills. Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry. Prior management experience. Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems. Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls. Compensation Base salary ranges from $57,000 to $85,600 per year, with up to $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.
