Job Description

Staff Force is hiring experienced Forklift Operators! We are looking for dependable warehouse professionals who are comfortable operating multiple types of material-handling equipment, including Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck, EPJ, and Cherry Picker.

Schedule: Various shifts available
Location: Fort Worth / DFW Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down forklifts
Operate reach trucks
Operate EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
Operate cherry pickers/order pickers
Load and unload trailers
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Pick and pull orders accurately
Use RF scanners/WMS systems as required
Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

✅ Requirements

Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
Must have experience operating multiple types of equipment
Experience with sit-down, reach, EPJ, and cherry picker strongly preferred
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
Ability to pass required screening
