Our company is currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a heavy duty truck parts distributor, conveniently located just off Highway 985 in Gainesville, GA. We have a great crew, and are currently looking to add one more team member: You!
You will be responsible for preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. There will be additional bookkeeping duties, as well as some data entry. Great organizational skills are a must! This is a daily position, with 40 hours per week. The daily start time has some flexibility, if needed. Bookkeeping experience is necessary, as well as a resume.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Process accounts receivable
- Prepare the daily deposit
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
