Implementation Consultants own the project delivery lifecycle for new RiskSmart client implementations and Statements of Work.Who Will Love This JobAn ambitious and driven individual – you have the energy to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver first rate levels of service and follow upA strong communicator – you are adept at building and maintaining trusted and respected relationships with clients and colleagues at all levelsA problem solver – you relish in the challenge of providing solutions to complex requirementsA self-motivator – you are capable of working effectively in a fast-paced business environment, managing multiple projects and deadlinesWhat You’ll DoImplementation ManagementInitiate and lead a project Kick-off with new clients and internally to transfer knowledge from sales processWork with clients to define and document complex workflows and requirements for implementation to produce a statement of work (SOW)Liaise with internal teams at TS Imagine to deliver on client requirements across all asset classes being implementedSetup PRMS Workflows (Position Uploads, P&L, VaR, Stress Testing, Trade Reporting, etc.)Provide ongoing management of client expectationsProvide user training and onsite or remote supportManage complex implementation projects across internal and external teams to make sure all dependencies are resolved quicklyMaintain an implementation check list for productionLiaise with other departments within TSI in order to deliver on the client requirementsAssist with trouble shooting where requiredCreate and maintain client workflow documentationManage project lifecycle and log all time spent in FinancialForceClient Relationship ManagementBuild a relationship with our clients as a primary point of contact and gaging a good understanding of their business strategies across all asset classesProvide regular visits, phone calls and updates to the client to ensure client is sufficiently serviced and expectations are managedUnderstand the client’s internal structure of stakeholders and ensure a relationship is formed with key members from every group (trading desk, IT, COO, compliance)Maximize revenue opportunities for the company to existing clients by identifying upselling opportunitiesIdentify any potential opportunity or threats with other competitive solutions that may be on the client’s desktopIdentify potential risks due to support or product gaps in a pro-active mannerIdentify any risks to the business due to consolidation or downsizingProvide feedback internally and keep up to date information and reporting through Salesforce.comAssist our sales team in marketing campaigns across our existing clientsFacilitate client entertainment and networking eventsProvide point of escalation for any ongoing support issuesProvide high-level business updates to internal stakeholders at TS ImagineYou Should HaveBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or another similar fieldTechnical understanding of risk exposures, Greeks, sensitivities, P&L, and Value-at-Risk (VaR) methodologies.Exposure to securities and financial markets, with some experience in fixed income, listed derivatives, or credit productsProven project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.Thorough and hands-on knowledge and experience of Risk & Portfolio Management Software workflows and functionalityExperience with JavaScript, MongoDB, or Python is preferredHighly proficient communication skills, both written and oralAbility to positively engage with and contribute to the wider global teamWillingness to work occasional evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client deadlines and time-zone differences.Ability and willingness to provide leadership to more junior members of a teamProficiency with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PSALanguages English; Any other languages are an assetWhy TS Imagine / BenefitsVacation and Personal daysAnnual bonus and salary reviewTraining budget $1,500Health insuranceLife InsuranceCompensation salary range $100,000 - $125,000About TS ImagineCreated out of the combination of two best-in-class SaaS platforms, TradingScreen and Imagine Software, TS Imagine delivers integrated trading, portfolio and real-time risk solutions for capital markets.
