Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG and Flux Core welding techniques and the ability to complete various responsibilities around the shop including grinding, cleaning, and painting. This role involves working with carbon and stainless steel, including steel plate and pipe, to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications. The Welder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Raises and bonuses based on performance.
Duties:
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, including forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in FCAW, MIG welding, and other relevant techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards in the workplace.
