This position supports multiple apartment communities and assists with leasing, administrative tasks, resident relations, and property operations while upholding company standards and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out experience. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors Conduct and assist with market surveys Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures Submit and track maintenance requests for residents Receive and record collections following company standards Provide general clerical, office, and phone support Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation Manage move-in calendars to ensure appointments are completed and units meet move-in standards Address and help resolve resident concerns; elevate issues to the Supervisor when necessary Conduct move-out walks and support the move-out process Perform additional duties as assigned Special Requirements Physical Demands Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear Occasional climbing may be required Must be able to work at a computer and use a phone for extended periods Must be able to detect auditory and visual alarms Availability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends, as needed May require evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Active participation in company meetings, events, and functions is required Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally Strong organizational and administrative skills Effective time management and prioritization Sales aptitude and comfort working with prospects Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Leadership qualities and ability to work independently Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to read and write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions Professional Experience Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily housing leasing required.
