Role Description Position Summary We are seeking an IT Digital Analyst to support and maintain enterprise digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, operational stability, and compliance. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating technical concepts into actionable business solutions while supporting web operations, content management, documentation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), web technologies, digital operations, IT support, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues reported by internal and external users. Support website content updates, page creation, and routine site maintenance activities. Assist with website analytics, reporting, and performance tracking to support business decisions. Create and maintain documentation for processes, troubleshooting procedures, and operational workflows. Coordinate with developers, designers, business users, and IT teams to implement enhancements, patches, and new functionality. Conduct website audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security requirements, and brand guidelines. Provide training and support to internal users regarding digital tools, workflows, and best practices. Communicate technical concepts, website behavior, and data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Support special projects and compliance-related activities, including digital documentation and record management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, or web-based applications. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts, and content management workflows. Experience troubleshooting website and application-related issues. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow. Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for business users. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with backend web technologies such as S3, ESL, or TIBCO. Background in IT support, web administration, digital operations, or application support. Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, medical devices, or compliance-driven industries. Knowledge of accessibility standards and website governance processes.
