The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and safely moving materials throughout the yard and warehouse areas. This is an outdoor warehouse environment, meaning candidates must be comfortable working in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks
• Perform shipping and receiving duties including verifying incoming and outgoing materials
• Move, stage, and organize inventory and materials throughout the yard/warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Experience with shipping and receiving functions preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Forklift certification is a plus
