RN - Interventional Radiology

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. $20K sign-on bonus Requires 1+ year of IR experience, 2-year commitment. Position Highlights Position: Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology Location: Evanston Hours: Day Shift, M-F (4 days per week, 7 am start) On-Call responsibility, must be able to report to Evanston within 30 minutes What you will need IL RN license Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association) 2+ years of critical care experience highly preferred What you will do Provide nursing care for Interventional Radiology patients Administer IV conscious sedation and medications under physician direction Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to emergencies, including contrast reactions Start IVs, manage central lines, and perform dressing changes Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and care teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures Coordinate and support daily procedure scheduling and patient flow within the IR lab Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care Document all care and procedures accurately in Epic Support quality and safety initiatives, including inventory and equipment readiness Precept and mentor new staff and assist with training of team members Benefits (For full time or part time positions) Premium pay for eligible employees Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options Tuition Reimbursement Free Parking Wellness Program Savings Plan Health Savings Account Options Retirement Options with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Community Involvement Opportunities EOE: Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/ Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Vets, VEVRRA Federal Contractor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
