About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member in Florida. I'm a graduate of Southern Virginia University with a degree in Business Management and hold multiple insurance and financial services licenses. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children, playing sports, boating, being outdoors, and staying active in our church. Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. Our agency proudly supports the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce, Caroline County Little League, Caroline County Public Schools, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, and local social services programs. We also created two annual "Lifting Up" Scholarships to recognize local high school students who make a positive impact through kindness, leadership, and service. Role Description

Matt Brandt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
