Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Dining Concept

Location: North Andover Massachusetts

Compensation: $67,000 – $82,000 per year + benefits

A well-established, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team. This fast-growing brand is known for its scratch kitchen, extensive gluten-free and allergy-friendly offerings, and unwavering commitment to hospitality.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence
Uphold stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Drive team performance through coaching, training, and accountability
Foster a positive, inclusive work culture rooted in growth and collaboration

What You Bring

Experience: Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager level or higher preferred)
Education: Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent hands-on experience
Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Operations Knowledge: Understanding of both FOH and BOH functions is a plus
Certifications: ServSafe and Allergy Certifications required
Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts
