Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location: East Falmouth, MA
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Setting: In Person

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping responsibilities for two retail store locations in East Falmouth.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience using QuickBooks Online .

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for two retail locations
• Enter and maintain financial transactions accurately
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll and other financial recordkeeping as needed
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end bookkeeping
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Work closely with management on bookkeeping and financial needs

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Online experience is required
• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable and dependable

This is a part-time, in-person position based in East Falmouth, Massachusetts . The position will involve bookkeeping responsibilities for two retail stores .
