Pay or shift range: $40 USD to $50 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Description IL BRUTTO is hiring a PART-TIME BARTENDER Weekend Availability Required Il Brutto is more than a place for great food and drinks it's a love letter to Italy. Our bar program is a thoughtful exploration of Italian drinking traditions - Vermouth on the rocks, amaro flights, aperitivo spritzes, and cocktails crafted with intention. Every pour is curated with care and passion. We're looking for bartenders who don't just shake and stir, but think, taste, and connect people who can move with speed and precision in a high-volume environment while still creating a bespoke, memorable experience for every guest at the bar.
