Overview:

Seeking a Senior HRIS/Business Systems Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience , particularly Employee Central, Compensation, and Recruiting . The role will gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, analyze business processes and data, and collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business/technical requirements.
• Evaluate workflows and identify process improvements.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, visualization, and gap analysis.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and business cases.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, incidents, and process redesign.
• Participate in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of related experience.
• Strong HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central experience.
• Experience with Compensation and Recruiting
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate/advanced SQL and data analysis
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and scripting
• Experience with Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. xhyhwjd

Preferred: CCBA/CBAP certification.
