Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience working directly with customers and representing established brands through face-to-face marketing, events, retail activations, and customer engagement. What You’ll Do Represent established brands through professional, face-to-face customer engagement Support direct marketing and customer acquisition campaigns Build strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Learn how to create positive customer experiences and represent a brand with confidence Work alongside experienced team members and receive hands‑on coaching Develop leadership and business skills as you take on more responsibility Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who are: Ambitious and goal-oriented Competitive and motivated to improve Coachable and eager to learn Strong communicators who enjoy working with people Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ready to take initiative and step outside their comfort zone Previous marketing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is welcome, but not required .
